Handyman Application Requirements
LEDV seeks skilled and reliable handymen to join our team in Montreal. Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Proven experience in general handyman services, including but not limited to carpentry, minor electrical work, plumbing, and appliance repair.
Proficiency with various power tools and manual labour tasks.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet job deadlines.
Good communication skills in English; knowledge of French is an asset.
Legally authorized to work in Canada.
Reliable transportation to various job sites within the Montreal area.
Commitment to safety standards and respectful treatment of clients and their properties.
Candidates with additional certifications or training in specialised trades are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in a service-oriented environment is preferable.
Applications must include a detailed resume outlining relevant skills and work history. References will be requested during the hiring process.

Renovation Services Provider

Expérience professionnelle
Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience dans le domaine de la rénovation ou dans un métier manuel connexe.
Références vérifiables de projets antérieurs similaires.
Compétences techniques
Maîtrise des outils manuels et électriques.
Connaissances en aéro-ingénierie, menuiserie, ébénisterie ou travaux de rénovation résidentielle/commerciale.
Documentation requise
Certificats d’assurance responsabilité civile à jour.
Permis d’opération valide dans la région de Montréal, Canada.
Pièces d’identité officielles.
Respect des normes
Conformité aux normes locales de sécurité et environnementales en vigueur au Québec.
Engagement à respecter les délais et la qualité des travaux convenus.
Exigences personnelles
Attitude professionnelle et respectueuse envers les clients et collègues.
Capacité à travailler en équipe et à communiquer efficacement.
